Delete your Crisply account
Last updated 16 October 2026
How to delete the account you sign in to Crisply with, the app published by Workloom Solutions for Mac and on Google Play, and what happens to your data when you do.
In the app
On the Mac and on Android: open Crisply’s Settings → Account and press Delete account. Crisply asks you to sign in with Google again, so it knows it is you and not somebody who picked up your device. Confirm, and the account is deleted straight away and Crisply signs you out.
On the Mac, Settings is in the menu of Crisply’s menu bar icon.
By email
If you no longer have the app, write to support@workloom.dev from the address of the Google account you sign in to Crisply with, and ask for the account to be deleted. We check that the request came from that address, delete the account, and reply within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: the email address, and on Android the name and profile photo link, that Google sign-in gave us.
- Its free trials on both platforms, and its link to anything it bought.
What is kept
- Purchase records, without the account, for as long as tax law requires. A Mac purchase’s record includes the email address it was paid with, the amount and the payment ID.
- Device trial records: a one-way hash of a device’s id, and the dates of the trial it gave. They name no one, and they are why a device that has had a free trial does not get another one, even for a new account.
- Razorpay and Google keep their own records of a payment, under their own policies.
- Everything the app stores on your device, such as your settings, API keys, history and prompt library, stays there until you remove it or uninstall the app.
If you bought Crisply
Deleting the account does not refund a purchase.
- On Android, the purchase also belongs to your Google Play account. Sign in to Crisply again on a phone with that Google Play account, and Restore purchase in Settings brings it back to your new Crisply account.
- On the Mac, a purchase does not move to a new account by itself, and the app says so before it deletes anything. Write to support@workloom.dev with the payment ID and we will move it for you.
See the privacy policy for everything we keep while the account exists.
