Terms and Conditions
Last updated 16 October 2026
These are the terms you accept by installing or using Crisply. They are short on purpose. The short version: the app is yours to use, the model that answers is your own arrangement with whoever provides it, and a rewrite is a suggestion you are responsible for reading before you send it.
Who you are agreeing with
Crisply is published by WORKLOOM SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, Cowrks, D5, RMZ Centennial, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048, India. In these terms “we” means WORKLOOM SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, “you” means the person using the app, and “the app” means the Crisply applications for Mac and Android, and this website. By installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not, do not install it.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on Macs and Android devices you own or control, for your own work, including work you are paid for. The licence lasts as long as you comply with these terms.
You may not:
- Sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app, or pass off a modified copy as your own.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Remove or obscure any notice of ownership in the app or its files.
We keep all rights in the app that these terms do not give you. Nothing here transfers ownership of the software.
Your text stays yours
We claim no rights in anything you write, anything the app rewrites, or anything you save in it. We do not receive any of it. Whether the output of a model can be owned, and by whom, is a matter between you and the provider whose model produced it.
The model that answers is your own arrangement
The app does not include a model, a subscription, or any credit towards one. You choose what answers: software on your own machine, a coding tool you have already installed, or an API provider you hold a key with.
- Your use of any third-party provider is governed by your agreement with them, not by these terms.
- Whatever they charge you is between you and them. We do not resell access and do not receive any part of it.
- If a provider changes its prices, its terms, its models or its availability, that is outside our control, and the app may stop working with it through no act of ours.
Using it sensibly
You are responsible for what you put into the app and what you do with what comes out. Do not use it to produce anything unlawful, and do not use it in a way that breaks the terms of the provider you have pointed it at.
The app can read the text field you are typing in. Take care where you point it. On the Mac it permanently refuses password managers and Keychain Access, and blocks terminals until you allow them, but it cannot know which of your own documents are confidential. If a field holds something that must not leave your device, either do not press the button or use a model that runs locally.
Your account, the free trial and payment
You sign in with a Google account to use the app. Your trial and your purchase belong to that account, which is how they survive a reinstall and follow you to another device.
- The free trial lasts 7 days on each platform, Mac and Android, counted from the first time your account signs in there, with every feature on. Our server’s clock decides when it starts and when it ends.
- Each device gives one free trial, whoever signs in. An account that signs in on a device that has already had a trial gets that trial’s dates rather than a new one, and can still start its own trial on a device that has not had one.
- When the trial ends, the app stops starting new rewrites until you buy it. Your settings, history, prompt library and export keep working.
- The app is a one-time purchase. One payment, made on either platform, unlocks it for good on both, Mac and Android, for the account that bought it, on every device signed in with that account, and includes every 1.x release.
- On the Mac you buy it on this website, in Indian rupees or US dollars, and Razorpay processes the payment. The price is shown before you pay. On Android you buy it through Google Play, at the price Google Play shows you and under Google Play’s terms.
- What you buy is the personal licence described above, held by your account. It does not entitle anyone else to use your account, and a purchase cannot be resold or transferred.
- A purchase unlocks the app. It includes no access to any model: every rewrite runs on your own provider, under your own account and API keys, during the trial and after you buy.
A purchase made on the Mac can be refunded within 14 days, by email. A purchase made through Google Play is refunded under Google Play’s own rules. A refunded purchase stops unlocking the app, on both platforms. The refund policy has the details.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every application on your Mac.
A rewrite is a suggestion produced by a language model. It can be wrong, it can change your meaning, and it can invent something you did not say. Read what it produced before you send it. Do not rely on it unchecked for anything that matters, including legal, medical, financial and safety-related work.
Limits of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for lost profits, lost business or lost data, or for anything arising from text the app produced, replaced or failed to replace. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to what you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to nothing.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by deleting the app, and you can delete your account whenever you like. Deleting the account does not refund a purchase. We may end your licence if you break these terms. Either way, the files the app keeps stay on your device and remain yours to export or delete.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and a material change will be noted in the release notes of the version that introduces it. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute. If one clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stand. Write to support@workloom.dev with anything you want to raise.
